Highlights
Best in Class Leadership:
In 2024, Trademark celebrated the promotion of 11 team members and welcomed new talent to our organization. Notably, we strengthened our development team by adding Lance Taylor as Senior Vice President, Blake Bickmore as Vice President, and Keith Smith as Vice President of Construction, collectively bringing over 50 years of experience. Jamie Cox joined as Senior Vice President of Property Operations, contributing 15 years of real estate expertise, while Marina Zuza, joined as Vice President of Human Resources, further enriching our leadership team.
Multifamily:
In 2024, Trademark advanced its multifamily portfolio by achieving key milestones, including the topping out of The Vickery, approved incentives for WestBend Residences, and obtaining city approval for a transformative community on Lemmon Avenue in Dallas.
Development:
Trademark’s development projects showcased transformative visions this year, with progress on Anthem in Arlington, 65% pre-leasing for Dunham Pointe in Cypress, Texas, and the completion of the new plaza at Galleria Dallas. Additionally, Tenant Services supported 11 projects, completing over 281,000 SF of remodels to enhance property offerings and tenant experiences.
Leasing & Operations:
Expanding partnerships and innovative leasing strategies defined 2024, highlighted by Netflix House at Galleria Dallas, the operational oversight of Legacy Place in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and new leasing responsibilities in LaCenterra in Katy, Texas
