Maranda K. Auzenne is Vice President of Property Management working closely with the on-site Trademark’s Property Management team and is a leader on the Transition Team. With a focus on best practices training, identifying cost savings and service elevation opportunities, special projects and one-on-one mentoring of General Managers, Maranda ensures that new projects are effectively onboarded and trained.
Before joining Trademark in 2014, Maranda worked with MG Herring Group for 6 years where she managed a 630K sf lifestyle center. From her 12 years in the retail/commercial real estate property management arena, Maranda brings a diverse background in all phases of strategic property leadership including post development opening, all levels of property operations, property stabilization strategies, specialty leasing, sustainability, transitions and dispositions support.
Maranda is a member of ICSC, and has received the CSM and CRRP designations. She has served for two years (2019 and 2020) as the Chair of the Red River States Conference & Deal Making. Maranda is a recent Past-Chair, of the Best Southwest Partnership, a 35 year old regional organization representing 12 member cities in creating environments that are conducive to economic development and is a Mayoral appointed Planning & Zoning Commissioner in her city. She is a recipient of both the Dallas Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader Award and Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Award. Maranda currently serves on the Executive Board for Hope Mansion, a local non-profit.
Brian Colacarro

Brian joined Trademark in October 2021 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management where he brings more than a decade of experience to Trademark’s institutional services platform. Before joining Trademark, Colacarro served as the SVP of Commercial for Swire Properties in Miami, Florida, where he led the vision and strategy for a multibillion-dollar mixed-use development and oversaw real estate assets of more than $5 billion. Prior to working at Swire, Colacarro served as VP of Operations at Caruso Affiliated, where he worked for 11 years.
Colacarro graduated from the Richard T. Farmers School of Business at Miami University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a minor in marketing. Colacarro has a wife, Kloe, and two sons, Rocco and Nash.
Stacey Whitt
SVP – Accounting
Accounting
Stacey comes to Trademark with over 17 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industry. She joins Trademark from SandsPoint Capital Advisors. Prior, Stacey worked for Goldman Sachs for 12 years, where she was a Vice President in the U.S. Investment Accounting Department. Stacey was responsible for oversight of the accounting and financial reporting for over 200 consolidating legal entities within the Special Situations and Urban Investment Groups. She also led a team responsible for the full cycle accounting for a variety of retail, commercial, hospitality and multi-family assets. Stacey started her career at Trammel Crow Residential in their property accounting group. Stacey is a CPA, has her BS in Community and Regional Planning and holds a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Chad Colley
SVP – Multifamily Partner
Development, Multifamily
Prior to Trademark, Colley served as director of development for Criterion Development Partners, where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of multifamily and mixed-use properties in southern markets. A well-rounded developer and licensed engineer, Colley has extensive experience in enhancing communities through strategic planning and execution of residential and mixed-use properties. Colley previously worked for Kimley-Horn & Associates where he established a land development consulting practice in Fort Worth, working on notable projects, such as the Dallas Cowboys headquarters “The Star”, Toyota USA headquarters, and the Fort Worth Stockyards.
Colley graduated from Florida State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in civil and environmental engineering and human biochemistry, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business. Colley is a national full member of ULI, National Multifamily Housing Council, and serves on Fort Worth’s Mixed-Use Zoning Advisory Group (MUZAG) and the Board of Directors of the Valley Ranch Association.
Daniel Goldware
SVP – Leasing
Leasing
Daniel Goldware joined Trademark in October 2013 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing where he is responsible for leasing within Trademark’s redevelopment portfolio and new ground-up developments.
Prior to joining Trademark, Daniel worked for Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE: WRI), a leading retail REIT, as a Leasing Executive where he was consistently a top performer focused on leasing grocery anchored and power centers throughout the central region.
Daniel is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He received a BBA in Finance and Marketing and a minor in Economics from The University of Denver.
